Key responsibilities include developing data-supported customer acquisition, retention and expansion strategies, as well as implementing ongoing sales training that supports customer-focused business development initiatives. Requires a bachelorís degree in marketing, sales management, data analytics or a related field. Five to seven years applicable experience is preferred. Experience in sales and marketing, database management and banking is desirable.
