A bachelorís degree in finance, ag-business, business administration or economics is desired. Requires five years of increasingly responsible experience in financial institution management, or equivalent; five years of lending experience in Ag, Commercial, Personal, and Real Estate; the ability to work as mentor and coach to all staff members; and the ability to maintain customer and bank confidentiality.
